Established as a reading orchestra at Golden Valley Lutheran College in 1968, today the Golden Valley Orchestra (GVO) is one of Minnesota's oldest community orchestras. Made up of amateur and semi-professional musicians, the GVO presents 6 to 8 concerts per year, including community outreach and non-public performances at care facilities.
